Sunday, February 7th, we all will be faced with an issue of
mammoth proportions.
With the understanding that the global economy has tanked, world
peace is at stake, the oceans are rising, and natural disasters have
decimated some parts of the globe, just to list a few, most
Americans somehow have the “ability” to temporarily sidestep such
major concerns, and worry about the results of an issue closer to
home, i.e., the SuperBowl.
We here at Mosaic being (generally) American annually perpetuate
this tradition in the form of our social get-together at some
member’s home, to cheer our (now) favorite team onward to victory,
with the understanding that our real favorite most likely has been
eliminated.
This year we have the honor of gracing the new home of member Wayne
Markman with our presence come the afternoon of 7 FEB.
The doors will open at 5:30 PM, for a (go-figure 6:28 PM) kickoff.
So come join us for a pizza fest, and share the late day events with
your friends, both old and new. Mosaic will be serving pizza, salad,
munchies and more. Soda will be provided to drink, (ah, yes,
liability concern) so if you want anything stronger, BYOB.
