In 2012, Mosaic will be inviting members to get together to scout a venue
to bring to the club as a group activity. This includes any activity
that you would like to do and need some guidance as to how to bring it
to Mosaic or you have done it on your own but want to learn how to make
it a Mosaic event.
For the first scouting get-together, we'll be checking out the trails at
Lullwater Park and Hahn Woods near Emory University. Initial "research"
has already been done. Logistics and going over the route again will be
finetuned. This is a great local walk that can be done as an afternoon
event sometime soon.
CONTACT Charna to let her know that you'd like to join the scouts,
and you'll be given the meeting location and other particulars for the
scouting event to take place on Sunday afternoon.
BRING: Whatever you know about the trails. If you don't know anything,
bring your input and support!
COST: Members - Free. Nonmembers - $5 nonmember fee, or join $25/year
and the event is free.
DOGS: On leash and under your control, well behaved around people
and other dogs.
